I've been really wanting to try out the tall boot / skirt combo for a long time. I finally found a pair of boots that fit and got up the courage to try this. I don't know why, but for some reason boots and skirts feels so daring to me. I must admit, I liked the final product. I felt like I had a little swagger in my step as I ran my weekend errands, and that's always fun :)

This past weekend the weather was warm, and I was itching to do some shopping. The spring weather seemed to call for bright colors. This Old Navy scarf has quickly become a favorite and I wear it all the time. The shoes are an ebay purchase from years ago that I've never worn. I'm sad to realize they are a bit too small, but for short shopping trips I think they'll be fine.

I have been trying to look cute on the weekends lately yoo. I find it much easier to do in the 3 other seasons, but winter just makes me want to put on sweatpants and a fleece.
You look great in both of these outfits, and I think it's about time that you tried the tall boots/skirt combo, b/c it's a great look on you. But that green! Oh the green is stunning on you. It's color perfection!
