

Those were just some of the yummy treats I had on some of our day trips last week. I went to the gym a bit, but not like usual. Not surprisingly some weight has crept on (the week prior to my birthday wasn’t great either eating and working out wise). I decided my second gift to myself was a personal trainer. A lady who teaches some really great classes at the gym that I often attend, does personal training. I met with her Friday to discuss goals, schedules, etc. and I had my first session Tuesday night. Just like at her classes, time flew during our session. She measured my body fat (terrifying), took my measurements, and we dove into an hour of weights. I woke up yesterday feeling just fine, but today I woke up with calves in extreme pain. I'm walking around the office like a gimpy old lady, but I'm loving it - no pain, no gain :)
Anyway, outfits to follow soon, but wanted to say “Hi and I missed you guys!”
